Catherine Charrier-Leflaive is joining Wakam as Secretary-General and is responsible for creating a new life insurance division. She will strengthen Wakam in this new phase of its transformation and acceleration.
After graduating from Neoma Business School, Catherine Charrier-Leflaive began her career in 1987 at Gan Assurances, followed by GMF Assurances as Head of Training and Sales. In 1992, she joined Aviva France as Marketing Manager and then Director of the organization until 2002, when she joined Generali France.
After eight years with the company, notably as Director of Audit and Group General Affairs, then General Manager of Equité, and CEO of EPJ, Catherine Charrier-Leflaive joined La Banque Postale. For 10 years, she successively held the position of General Manager of LBP Assurances IARD before becoming the Group’s Human Resources Director, followed by General Manager of Retail Banking and Insurance, and finally General Manager of the La Banque Postale Group in charge of insurance. She joined APRIL in December 2020 as Managing Director of APRIL Santé Prévoyance and President of the APRIL Foundation.
